Research: Online video & gaming markets hit $330bn

The global pandemic and the shift to remote work/schooling engendered a captive audience that accelerated trends within the media and entertainment industry. Streaming video subscriptions climbed as households stacked subscriptions, driving subscription revenues to over $69 billion (€58bn) in 2020.
