France: L’Equipe scores NFL FTA deal
September 11, 2020
L’Équipe, the free-to-air French channel, has secured the rights to broadcast one live NFL game per week during the new season.
The deal will see L’Équipe air one regular season game every Sunday on its linear channel and via its digital channels.
In total, L’Équipe will show 17 regular-season matches over the course of the 2020/21 season. Highlights from other games will be shown on its digital platforms.
The deal ends broadcaster beIN Sports’ exclusivity for NFL regular season games in France.
