Orange to partner TF1 for SVoD

Planning to launch its own SVoD Netflix like platform by the end of this year, French telco Orange is reportedly already be in advanced talks with TF1.
According to daily Le Figaro, the potential partners could include Canal+, despite the pay-TV group’s existing Canal play service.
Orange already carries the major French SVoD services like Canalplay, Filmo TV, Pass M6 or Jook Video, and content from Orange OCS channels are also available on demand.
Orange’s plans are also not preventing it carrying Netflix from November along with rivals Bouygues and SFR.
