Clausen becomes CEO of TDC

Henrik Clausen has been named CEO of Danish telco TDC.
Clausen comes with extensive experience from the telecommunications industry. From 2005 to 2010, he was CEO of Telenor’s Danish business. From 2010 to 2014, he was chief executive of the listed Malaysian company DiGi and from 2014 to 2016 he was director of strategy and digital for Telenor on a global scale and adviser to the group’s managing director. Most recently, Clausen has been CEO of Bang & Olufsen.
“Together with the management and the thousands of dedicated employees across TDC, Nuuday and TDC NET, I look forward to contributing to the historical transformation that will ensure that Denmark maintains its position as a digital pioneer. Together, we will fulfill our long-term promise to Denmark by increasing investments in the digital infrastructure in TDC NET and further strengthening Nuuday’s offerings in digital entertainment and service solutions for both private and corporate customers,” said Clausen.
