MX1 is the name of the new merged global media services company of SES Platform Services and RR Media, following SES’s successful completion of the acquisition of RR Media. The new company leverages the capabilities and infrastructure of both companies to offer a full suite of digital video and media services on a global scale.

MX1 says it “will work with leading media businesses globally to transform content into the ultimate viewer experience, amplifying the value of the world’s media content”.
