A + E Networks launches Lifetime SVoD

A+E Networks has launched Lifetime Movie Club, the network’s first direct-to-consumer subscription service which grants subscribers access to a library of Lifetime Movies without commercial interruptions for $3.99 a month. The subscription video service comes in time for the 25-year anniversary of Lifetime Movies and is available exclusively on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch at launch.
The app will feature over 30 movies with new titles refreshed weekly. Lifetime Movie Club subscribers will also enjoy monthly Featured Playlists starting with Summer Lovin’ which will include titles such as Sex & the Single Mom, and One Hot Summer. Additional playlists to come include Dramatic Affairs, Murder & Mayhem, Ripped from the Headlines, and more.
The video library includes Lifetime classics, all-time greats and memorable titles featuring some of Hollywood’s most beloved stars.
