VeEX, a global specialist in telecom and CATV test solutions, and Sunrise Telecom Incorporated a provider of test, monitoring and workflow management solutions for cable, telecom, wireless operators, and equipment manufacturers, has confirmed that VeEX has closed on its acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of Sunrise Telecom.

With the addition of the Sunrise Telecom operations, VeEX accelerates its growth and strengthens its presence in the CATV and telecom markets.
