Gaming fans can now enjoy Major League Gaming (MLG) content on their smart TVs with the new MLG.tv app in the Opera TV Store. MLG, a specilaist in eSports, has produced more than 1,000 hours of original content and premier eSports competitions. Through the Opera TV Store on Sony, Samsung, HiSense, and RCA devices in addition to Amazon Fire TV, MLG will be able to reach new audiences, while viewers will enjoy premium eSports content.
“Opera is helping us bring our premium gaming programming to viewers who have become increasingly harder to reach through linear television,” says Don Reilley, EVP of Global Ad Operations [for MLG]. “Collaborating with its product and engineering teams has proven to be an effective and hassle-free way to bring our app to Opera and increase our reach through a variety of connected devices with minimal investment,” adds Reilley.
