Almedia opens new London office at King’s Cross
June 26, 2026
Almedia, the Berlin-founded advertising technology company, has officially opened its new London office, located at MYO King’s Cross St. Pancras. The office will serve as a hub to develop the company’s data team, spanning data science, data engineering and machine learning, and marks a central step in the company’s international expansion. Almedia operates across seven countries with a team of more than 160, and its platform reaches over 80 million users worldwide.
London reclaimed its position as Europe’s leading tech ecosystem in 2026, overtaking Paris. The expansion lets Almedia deepen the data capabilities at the core of its business. This includes matching users with the right games, apps and surveys, as well as measuring and maximising the returns it delivers for advertisers.
Almedia connects mobile apps and games with engaged users, rewarding them for taking part. Freecash, its consumer platform, has paid out over $300 million to date, while Link, on the publisher side, turns that engagement into additional revenue and higher lifetime value.
Tristan Mackrory, Almedia VP of People, said: “London is one of the best places in the world to build a data-driven business, and opening an office here is a natural step as we continue to scale globally. Data sits at the centre of everything we do, from how we match users to how we prove returns for our partners. Growing our presence in London gives us access to some of the strongest talent in the industry as we build the next evolution of the advertising sector.”
