Static Waves launching VIDAA platform in Benelux, Poland

Amsterdam-based media company Static Waves and VIDAA, the streaming technology platform for Smart TVs, have partnered to launch VIDAA Channels, a FAST platform for all Hisense SmartTVs across Benelux and Poland. The platform will go live on March 1st.
Static Waves and VIDAA have partnered with the local FAST channels that aims to enrich the selection of global content available, including local documentaries, movies, drama, sitcoms and sports.
VIDAA Channels will launch in cooperation with local content creators, crafting a tailored and culturally relevant streaming experience for Belgian, Dutch, Luxembourgish, and Polish viewers.
Hisense is among the leading manufacturers of Smart TVs, with over 25 million connected screens around the world.

Currently, Static Waves manages the FAST Channels K-Wave, a K-Pop music channel; myco TV, which is focused on Web3 news and related entertainment; and WaterBear TV, a channel devoted to nature and the environment. The company has also recently announced co-productions with CJ EMN and RAPA for the original series Choom Planet and with WaterBear and EO for the second season of Start it Up.
