FoxConn keen on 8K transmissions

Paul Gray, Research Director at IHS Markit, expects modest global sales of 8K displays initially, and with China taking the largest portion of potential interest. He says next year, despite the launch of 8K transmissions this coming December from Japan’s NHK public broadcaster, to be less than 1 million units globally.
