TV ad-spend is off to a good start in Q1 according to a report from banker Morgan Stanley. The bank has taken advice from many of its broadcasting contacts and the overall mood is optimistic. “Our German and British contacts were bullish. Our French contacts were cautiously optimistic. Our Spanish contacts were also optimistic but not more so than the market already expects. Our Italian contacts still seemed to be navigating uncharted waters,” stated Morgan Stanley.
