Danish cable operator TDC’s Q1 revenue increase 0.5 per cent to DKK 6.644 billion (€880m). Profit for the period excluding exceptional totalled DKK 740 million, down by DKK 133 million (15.2 per cent).

TDC saw its best quarterly pay-TV subscriber growth with 37,000 additions driven by HomeTrio Mini and YouSee following market changes. The number of VoD sessions in Q1 rose more than 400 per cent on Q1 2011 and YouSee has seen a strong pick-up in customer usage of its iPad app.
