Studies: SVoD satisfaction motivates cord-cutting

Overall satisfaction with alternative video services such as streaming and transactional-based OTT offerings is considerably higher than it is with traditional pay television service, spurring an increase in cord-cutting from 2015, according to three studies from marketing information services firm J.D. Power.
