Spanish TV group Mediapro is to distribute Ebs and Ebs +, the two TV channels produced by the European Commission with info and news stories about the EU, via HD satellite.

Mediapro will be responsible for the carriage of both signals, the uplink and the management of the satellite distribution, over the next four years.

Ebs (Europe by satellite) daily distributes via satellite current affairs and news stories about the European Union simultaneously in 25 languages.
