TIAK issues RFP for 2027–2032 TAM contract term
April 23, 2026
TIAK, a Joint Industry Committee (JIC) organisation responsible for the television audience measurement (TAM) service in Turkey, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for its 2027–2032 TAM Service Contract.
TIAK is requesting proposals for the following three services during the new contract period:
• Linear TV Audience Measurement – With a panel size of 4,400 households, this service also includes time-shifted viewing and guest viewing measurements.
• Extended TV Measurement (Cross Media) – This service aims to measure the digital footprints of linear broadcasters and is expected to integrate the measurement results with linear measurement.
• Hybrid Data Integration – A new service area for the upcoming contract period, this aims to enrich panel data with big data sources, primarily to address the long-tail problem.
TIAK was established in 2010 as a joint stock company by broadcasters, advertising agencies (represented by the Association of Advertising Agencies), and advertisers (represented by the Association of Advertisers). Fifty 5 Blue (formerly Kantar Media) was awarded the first and following two five-year contract terms. Fifty 5 Blue currently runs the contract until September 2027.
