February 10, 2026
tvScientific, the advertising platform for performance TV, has appointed Heather Carver as Chief Customer Officer.
Carver brings more than 15 years of experience leading revenue and customer-facing organisations across the programmatic ecosystem. Most recently, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Freestar, where she oversaw revenue strategy and expanded strategic publisher, demand, and technology partnerships. She previously held senior leadership roles at Amazon Ads, Magnite, and Rubicon Project, working with SSPs, buy-side platforms, brands, and data and identity partners while managing large teams and driving growth across marketplace environments.
Carver has also been closely involved in advancing open infrastructure initiatives, including in leadership roles within the Prebid community.
In her new role, Carver will oversee customer success, account management, and strategic partnerships, helping brands connect creative strategy with performance measurement across social and CTV environments. She will work closely with product and data teams to ensure advertisers can optimise messaging, measurement, and outcomes across screens with greater transparency and control.
“Performance TV is becoming a core growth channel for brands, and delivering measurable results at scale requires deep alignment with customers,” commented Jason Fairchild, CEO of tvScientific. “Heather brings extensive experience across both the publisher and advertiser sides of the ecosystem, and her leadership will help us continue building a customer-first performance TV platform.”
