Canela Media introduces Diego AI host

Canela Media, the technology and multicultural media company, has introduced Diego, Club Canela’s AI-Generated Virtual Host to further gamify Club Canela and connect audiences and brands through personalised challenges, rewards, and activations in Club Canela. Diego, created and powered by AI, will add more engagement to Club Canela – Canela.TV’s unique and innovative audience reward programme.

Diego will host exclusive content, challenges, and trivia for Club Canela. Users can experience personalised messages, interactive trivia challenges and thematic rewards. Diego was designed to bring a friendly, and approachable style that resonates with US Hispanic audiences.

Club Canela, which launched in April of this year, has driven higher engagement and deeper connections with users. Canela.TV has seen over 17 million incremental minutes watched on Canela.TV and seen a 523 per cent increase in new registered profiles since its launch. Users have earned over 20 million points on Club Canela. Users have earned points for watching, sharing, and interacting with their favorite content. Rewards include exclusive content, sweepstakes entries, and digital gift cards, creating a more engaging,rewarding and gamified entertainment experience.
