Mediaocean makes exec promotions at Prisma

July 14, 2025

Mediaocean, a partner for omnichannel advertising, has announced key leadership promotions at Prisma, the platform for integrated media buying, optimisation and execution. The company has elevated Drew Kane and Stephanie Dorman to support Prisma’s global expansion and product innovation. Kane will serve as Chief Product Officer, and Dorman as Chief Operating Officer, both reporting to Ramsey McGrory, who was recently appointed President of Prisma.

“Over the past ten years, Prisma has expanded its global client footprint, significantly advanced its product capabilities, and more than doubled its revenue. These promotions are designed to fuel the next phase of growth and strengthen Prisma’s role as a foundational partner to agencies and brands worldwide,” said McGrory. “Drew and Steph have a deep understanding of our clients, the ad space, and the opportunities that lie ahead. I am excited for both of them taking on an expanded role in the company.”

As Prisma’s new Chief Product Officer, Kane will lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap across the Prisma platform. He will oversee strategic initiatives focused on unifying linear and digital media workflows, deepening integrations with media owners, technology providers, and data partners, and driving platform-wide innovation. With Mediaocean for more than 17 years, Kane has held integral roles, including Chief Client Officer and, most recently, Chief Transformation Officer.

As Prisma’s Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie Dorman will lead global go-to-market efforts and oversee relationships within global holding companies and independent agencies. She will assume management of strategic partnerships, grow agency and brand relationships, and spearhead adoption of Prisma’s capabilities and integrations with Innovid and Protected. Dorman has been with Mediaocean for more than 15 years, leading teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Development, and People & Culture.
