Content Partners signs Forensic Files deal with Oxygen Network

Content Partners, the independent owner of major studio-distributed films, television programming and related participations, has announced a new licensing agreement with Oxygen True Crime, NBCUniversal’s premier network for true crime programming.
The deal brings the iconic true crime documentary series Forensic Files to Oxygen’s lineup.With this new partnership, Forensic Files will now air on Oxygen True Crime in addition to its longstanding home on the cable network, HLN.
The celebrated series, known for its use of forensic science to solve real-life crimes, has captivated viewers for decades with its compelling storytelling and in-depth investigations. The show’s ability to blend scientific analysis with real-world criminal cases has cemented its status as a pioneer in the true crime genre.

Forensic Files originally aired from 1996 to 2011 and remains one of the most influential true crime series, inspiring a wave of forensic-based programming across television. The show has had a lasting cultural impact, shaping public interest in forensic science and criminal investigations.
FilmRise will continue to handle international linear television rights as well as worldwide digital rights for Forensic Files to ensure the series maintains its global reach whilee xpanding to new audiences through Oxygen True Crime.
