Taylor Swift sets Disney+ viewing record

Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version) attracted 4.6 million views on Disney+ in just three days, making it the No. 1 music film ever on the streaming platform. Taylor Swift fans took to Disney+ to watch 16.2 million hours of the blockbuster 3.5-hour concert film during its first weekend of release.
Disney+ is the only place to watch the show in its entirety for the first time – complete with songs only seen before at live concerts. Swift fans were able to see the performances of new songs such as cardigan as well as four additional acoustic songs: Maroon, Death by a Thousand Cuts, You Are in Love and I Can See You.
Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour grossed a record-breaking nearly $262 million worldwide at the global box office and is one of just many iconic musical offerings on Disney+. Elton John: Farewell from Dodger Stadium, Black Is King: A Film by Beyoncé and The Beatles: Get Back are all also currently streaming on Disney+, as well as Swift’s own, folklore: the long pond studio sessions. Additionally, Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story will launch on Disney+ on April 26th.
