Country Music Entertainment launches in UK
March 28, 2022
Following on from the launch in the US last month on Local Now, Country Music Entertainment (CME) has now launched in the UK via On Demand 365, which is available on Freeview Channel 265, Roku, and Samsung TV Plus, along with an app available on iOS or Android for all devices.
Further platforms will follow.
CME has curated a selection of country music videos primarily from the independent record labels or the artists themselves in Nashville and around the world. CME has created and produced a 24 hour linear channel covering varying categories across all eras and subgenres such as Country Groups, Guys, Gals, Indie, Today’s Country, Americana, Roots, Bluegrass, International and looking back to the 60s – 90s.
On Demand 365 is a VoD platform where once viewers select CME they can watch episodes of the above categories instead of the 24/7 stream.
