Spanish public broadcaster RTVE’s OTT platform Playz has launched an app that enables users to have free access to its original content through mobile phones and tablets.

The app, available on iOS and Android, allows users to receive notifications about next live transmissions and the latest TV content available on the platform as well as have access to user profiles in social networks.

The service is targeting a youth audience, distributing culturally relevant TV series and entertainment programmes.
