Italy: Paramount Channel launches mobile app

The Paramount Channel has launched a mobile app for smartphones and tablets in Italy. The channel is aired on the national DTT platform and on DTH platform Tivusat (in HD).
The free app, available for Android and iOS devices, offering easy and mobile access to content from the Paramount Channel.
Developed with a user-friendly format, the app allows users to browse the TV guide, read the latest news, view photo galleries of the stars; access thousands of streaming movies; watch episodes of the available TV series; follow Live TV; and stay up to date on their favourite TV programmes by enabling notifications.
Operated by Viacom Italia, the Paramount Channel has been less than one year on the air and had 22 million TV viewers just in the month of November 2016.
