South Korea’s LG Electronics are ramping up production for wide-scale availability of their giant – and curved – 77” and 65” OLED TV screens with 4K/Ultra-HDTV (3840 x 2160) resolution. The units will be on show at IFA Berlin next week.
“With 33 million sub-pixels working to produce the most lifelike colours and infinite contrast ratio, viewers will feel like they’re watching the real thing. With richer, brighter and more natural hues, the self-lighting pixels also guarantee deeper blacks and its fast response rate helps the TV render motion flawlessly without flickering or blurring,” said an LG statement.
