ECS & OHTV expand cooperation in Africa
October 15, 2012
ECS European Communication Services and OH TV has announced that they have expanded their cooperation by launching the OHTV channel throughout all of Africa. The channel can now viewed in every region of the continent by viewers who can downlink the channel with small antennas from 1.8 metres.
ECS’ Turnkey solution for OH TV includes collecting the signal at a London PoP (Point of Presence), sending the signal by fiber to the Uplink Station, and uplinking the signal to the AMOS-5 Pan African C-band for distribution to the entire continent.
