Warner Bros content for Viewster
July 27, 2012
Viewster and Warner Bros have signed a distribution deal that will see the Studio’s current releases and brand new blockbusters, as well as around 1000 catalogue titles made available via Viewster’s VoD platform.
This two-part deal will make some of Warner Bros’ most popular content available to Viewster users in German-speaking territories – beginning with Germany, followed by Austria and Switzerland – and in 11 developing VoD markets, including Poland, Russia, Turkey, UAE, India and countries in South East Asia.
The deal provides Viewster with both rental and digital sell-through rights on around 1000 Warner Bros. library titles, 250 of which will go live in the coming months.
