New CTO for PlayJam

PlayJam, the platform for games on Smart TV announced the appointment of co-founder and former CTO of Criterion Software Adam Billyard as CTO.
Criterion Software is accredited with revolutionizing the video games industry with Renderware – the 3D graphics rendering technology utilised in major titles including Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto III and the hugely successful Burnout series, developed in-house by Criterion. The company was later acquired by EA.
Billyard’s role within PlayJam will be to lead and deliver PlayJam’s vision across all aspects of the company’s technological development as well as play an integral role in it’s strategic direction and future growth.
