Shanghai IPTV growth

Shanghai Telecom’s IPTV promotion launched in mid-January has been declared a success with as many as two or three thousand new subscribers signing up each day between February 7th and now. Shanghai Telecom’s Internet official Yang Bingfeng added that he is confident that total user numbers will reach 800,000 before the end of the year.
