Italian broadcaster Mediaset has extended its Infinity VoD streaming service to smartphones, providing subscribers with access to over 5000 movies in HD plus a large selection of cartoons.
Owners of Android, Windows Phone and iOS devices will need to download the Infinity app from the App Store, Google Play or Windows Store. The service is available on the 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi network and subscribers will also be able to download content, at no additional cost.
The subscription to the service costs €9.90/month, without any obligation of renewal, while viewing of recent movies will cost between €3 and €5, with a 50 per cent discount for Infinity subscribers.
Previously, Infinity was available on tablets (iPad, Samsung, Asus, Kindle and Acer), Smart TVs (Samsung, LG), DTT and DTH decoders, PC or Mac and Sony Playstations (PS3, PS4).
