Hryniewicz and Xerri-Brook create international PR venture
September 27, 2013
A native Gibraltarian, Céline’s first foray into PR began in 1995 when she was appointed Managing Director for SSA Public Relations, an L.A. based PR agency. She established their London office and coordinated the company’s international activities for over five years before setting up as a freelance consultant in 2000, and then launching Magena Media in 2008, which she continues to manage today.
Céline and Lisa first worked together in 1998 when Céline managed Salsa Distribution’s PR, contributing directly and significantly to the company’s eventual sale to TV Loonland. The two have remained friends ever since, and have also collaborated professionally on numerous occasions throughout their careers. This strong professional and personal relationship, and their extensive knowledge of international trade press, form the basis of their new venture together.
