Albert to exit ProSiebenSat.1

Conrad Albert, Deputy CEO of ProSiebenSat.1, will resign from his office with mutual consent as of April 30th following 15 years with the German broadcaster.
Albert has worked at ProSiebenSat.1 since 2005, and since 2006 as General Counsel. Nine years ago, he was appointed member of the Executive Board. His responsibilities included the group-wide distribution business, the establishment of partnerships, strategic and sustainability projects as well as all legal, media political and compliance matters. Since November 2017 he has also been Deputy CEO of the company.
Dr. Werner Brandt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media, said: “The Supervisory Board thanks Conrad Albert for his long-term and special accomplishments. During this time, Conrad Albert has shaped the company in many areas on national and international level, stimulated important discussions with his media political initiatives and set standards for the industry. We wish him all the best for the future.”
Albert added: “I am genuinely thankful that I could work in responsibility for this extraordinary company for one and a half decades. My special gratitude goes to my long-term colleagues at ProSiebenSat.1.“
