ADB CEO out
March 14, 2011
ADB SA CEO Francois Pogodalla is leaving his post with immediate effect by mutual consent, says the company. Andrew Rybicki, ADB Group CEO, will take on his responsibility for now.
Profits were $12.9 million in 2010 down from $15.25 million in 2009, in part due to the cost of integrating Pirelli Broadband Solutions.
Pogodalla joined ADB in 2005 and was made CEO of ADB SA in 2008, before ADB he was with STMicroelectronics.
