Mediaset up on pay-TV

Mediaset Premium, Mediaset’s pay TV arm, grew sales by 61.4 per cent year-on-year to €342.5 million for the nine months to September. It had 3.3 million subscribers compared to 2.9 million a year ago.
Mediaset group had revenues of €3.046 billion, up 14.6 per cent for the first nine months, and a net profit of €192.6 million, up 4.6 per cent. The company forecast net profit for the full year will exceed 2009.
