Keshet hires Peillon as SVP of Business Development

May 7, 2026

Keshet International, the content producer and distributor, has appointed former Faraway Road and Armoza Formats executive Salomé Peillon as its new Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Reporting to Keshet International’s CEO Keren Shahar, Peillon will be responsible for shaping long-term strategic planning while driving commercial growth and overseeing global content partnerships and rights management. She will also provide maternity cover for Kelly Wright, MD of Distribution, with immediate effect.

Peillon’s priority will be to drive new business while expanding existing client partnerships across international markets, ensuring alignment of strategy across the entire media company and collaborating closely with teams across digital, production, and distribution.

Shahar said: “Salomé brings a rare combination of commercial instinct and creative vision that’s essential for where our industry is heading. As we expand into new business areas, her expertise will be key to unlocking new revenue streams and building future-focused partnerships. She has a strong understanding of how to connect content, platforms and audiences in a rapidly evolving landscape, and will play a central role in positioning Keshet International for its next phase of global growth.”
Peillon added: “Keshet International has an outstanding global reputation for premium storytelling and innovation, and I’m excited to join at such a pivotal moment. There is a clear opportunity to build on that success by expanding into new areas of growth, from digital-first content to emerging formats, while strengthening partnerships across key markets. I look forward to working with Keren and the wider team to drive new business and help shape the company’s next chapter.”

With more than a decade of experience in TV distribution, IP financing, and business development, Peillon joins the Israeli company following her roles as chief revenue officer at Sipur and chief operating officer at Faraway Road, the Candle Media-backed production company headed by Fauda creators Avi Issacharoff and Lior Raz. Earlier in her career, Peillon spent eight years at Armoza Formats, where she oversaw sales for the formats and tape distribution business.

Over the past 12 months, Keshet International has continued to build strong momentum across both scripted and unscripted, with a slate of high-profile partnerships and commissions. Highlights include a straight-to-series order from Netflix for Keshet’s Lovesick, starring Claire Danes and showrun by Sarah Treem (announced 29 April 2026); Apple TV’s acquisition of Unconditional, Keshet Broadcasting’s most ambitious drama to date, which is set for a global launch on 8 May; and its first-look scripted deal with Sony Pictures Television, which has already  generated a growing slate of high-profile projects in development, including Keshet’s Save the Date from showrunner Dana Fox.  On the unscripted side, following Off Road, the company’s first co-production for Netflix, Keshet International has growing formats pipeline that includes new titles Elevator Pitch, recently order by Record News in Brazil, and the emotionally driven celebrity format Who Wants to Start?, created by Assi Azar and Anat Stalinsky for Keshet 12.
