Thailand: JAS acquires Premier League streaming rights
March 26, 2026
JAS (Jasmine International PCL) has acquired exclusive live-streaming rights to the English Premier League and other top-tier football leagues through Monomax, a subscription streaming platform ranked among Thailand’s available services.
Supporting this technological advancement are iPEN and Axinom, two partners selected to integrate technology and support the business’s needs in implementing and securing the new offering.
iPEN was entrusted with developing specialised technologies and solutions. Leveraging its strong engineering capabilities and expertise in digital media, iPEN successfully delivered high-performance services designed to meet the demands of premium sports content.
Axinom was chosen as the provider of content protection technology. Its studio-grade Axinom DRM solution was seamlessly integrated into the streaming architecture. Axinom’s DRM platform ensures secure delivery across devices.
“We’re proud to support JAS and Monomax in bringing global football action to Thai viewers. Our mission has always been to enable partners to deliver rich media experiences with confidence, quality, and security,” commented Johannes Jauch, CTO at Axinom.
“We selected Axinom because its DRM platform is purpose-built for mission-critical live sports workloads, capable of handling massive scale while delivering over 99.999 per cent availability. To date, this level of resilience and reliability has given us full confidence that our customers can enjoy live Premier League football streaming seamlessly, with zero disruption. We are also very pleased with how their service provides the flexibility to align with our business requirements. Throughout the season, this collaboration has supported smooth teamwork and helped ensure that audiences enjoy watching live football content,” added Miss Pattamanun Puntprasert, Vice President of the Business Analytics Unit at Jasmine International PCL.
