ITV’s The 1% Club returning with week-long rollover event
July 11, 2025
ITV game show The 1% Club will return this autumn for a new special week-long rollover event, that turns the Saturday night version into a supersized five-day stripped, primetime event in The 1% Club Rollover.
The new incarnation of the show enables the prize pot that’s not won on one episode to rollover to the next day. If all the pots rollover, there could be an amount of up to £500,000 to be won. The Rollover has another rule: anyone who gets as far as the 1 per cent question automatically comes back to compete again. This means that if someone wins big on one show, they get to come back for the next day’s show where they could potentially win the Prize Pot again and in effect, double (or even treble or quadruple) their winnings.
Sue Murphy Head of Factual Entertainment ITV said: “The 1% Club Rollover as event TV is a perfect fit. The series continues to go from strength to strength and has become a must watch in homes across the country on Saturday nights. This special Rollover week will really be a primetime event that will have the nation hooked. Five nights of The 1% Club and Lee Mack… What’s not to like?”
The 1% Club is the biggest original quiz show in more than a decade. It regularly exceeds 6 million viewers an episode, and since it launched three years ago, it has been streamed over 40 million times and reached 43 million viewers.
The series is commissioned by Murphy. The 1% Club was created by Dean Nabarro and Andy Auerbach, and is a Magnum Media production for ITV.
