CosmoBlue Media, a player in the media and entertainment industry, has announced the acquisition of Earth Cubs episodes, dedicated to entertaining and educating children about important global topics. With its recent acquisition of Macademia, which includes children’s brands Da Vinci and Azoomee, CosmoBlue says it is solidifying its position in the kids’ content space.
Earth Cubs is designed to inspire the next generation to learn about the world through interactive, animated episodes that can be enjoyed at home, with family, or as part of school learning. Its first series will launch across CosmoBlue Media related platforms, featuring six episodes.
As part of the acquisition, CosmoBlue Media will have non-exclusive worldwide VoD, pay-TV, and free-TV rights to distribute Earth Cubs.
“We are excited to bring Earth Cubs into the CosmoBlue family,” said Berk Uziyel, co-founder and CEO of CosmoBlue Media. “With its engaging, educational approach, Earth Cubs aligns perfectly with our vision to offer diverse, enriching content that makes a positive impact. Together, we can inspire young minds to learn about and care for the planet in fun and creative ways.”
