Korea: Netflix available through Naver Plus
November 26, 2024

Korean consumers can now access Netflix through a Naver Plus membership.
The collaboration between Netflix and Naver allows Naver Plus members to enjoy the same benefits as those with a Standard with ads plan – which offers 1080p (full HD) resolution, simultaneous streaming on two devices, unlimited mobile games, and content downloads – at no extra cost. Members can upgrade to Netflix’s higher-tiered plans at any time.
A Naver Plus membership, with a monthly subscription fee of 4,900 won (€3.34), offers extra loyalty points and benefits when utilising its payment service, Naver Pay.
“Through this partnership, Netflix makes it easier for Naver Plus members to access world-class entertainment, so they can enjoy quality films, series, games, and live events,” said Soo Hyun Song, Netflix Communications Manager, in a blog post.
