Invictus Games on beIN Sports
September 6, 2023

beIN Sports will honour soldiers who have been wounded, injured or ill during armed conflicts. Fans can follow the 2023 Invictus Games on beIN Sports Connect from September 10th – 15th. For the first time, the German Armed Forces and the City of Düsseldorf will host the competition.
Under the motto ‘A Home For Respect’ the city, together with the German Armed Forces, will welcome around 500 competitors from 21 nations as well as around 1,000 family members and friends to compete in ten disciplines.
The international sports event will be attended by the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle. Prince Harry founded the competition for injured, sick and wounded service personnel and veterans in 2014. He was inspired to launch the Paralympic-style sports tournament after attending the 2013 Warrior Games in the US, amplifying the transformative physical, psychological, and social powers of sports for those who have served their countries.
beIN Sports Connect is available for download from App Store or Google Play Store.
