SES buys back 18m shares

In a regulatory announcement to the Luxembourg and Paris stock exchanges, SES says it reduced its share capital on September 28th.
The share capital was reduced by €22,500,000 to €696,483,000 by its cancellation of 18 million shares which had been repurchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced on May 6th 2021.
SES shares were trading at about €5.50 per share on September 28th, and almost at their low point for the past 12 months.
