Alteox, POST Luxembourg partnership to launch Cloud TV headend service

Alteox Media Consulting has entered into an agreement with POST Luxembourg, that will combine the forces of both entities enabling the creation of a new state of the art European cloud TV headend offering.
Presently there are over 400 channels available in the cloud headend with more channels being added regularly.
The cloud-based TV headend live stream services are offered to IPTV operators, OTT platforms, content owners and Hotel TV anywhere in the world with best in class quality for robust, cost-effective and fast TV deployments. The signals are available as MPEG-TS or via adaptive streaming formats done directly at the source making it possible to work on any platform, set-top boxes or mobile applications.
The service has also a cloud-based multi-DRM system implemented. The streams are available encrypted in multiple DRM formats using the latest transcoding technologies.
