BluTV adopts Veset Nimbus

BluTV, the Turkish SVoD service, has selected Veset Nimbus to power its original linear action and comedy channels in the cloud. The linear channels are delivered by Veset Nimbus to BluTV’s OTT platform, as well as to various smart TV apps, including AppleTV, Samsung, AndroidTV, and LG Smart TV.
Erkut Göksel Çınar, OTT Headend Lead, BluTV, commented: “Until now we have been managing our original linear channels in the cloud using stitching technology. As we continue to expand and add new channels, it was becoming increasingly apparent that we needed a more sophisticated channel management tool that would allow us to do more within our linear feeds, while ensuring our viewers get a premium video experience across multiple channels.”
