MDA prices IPO offer

Space and satellite specialist MDA has announced its share price offer for the upcoming IPO.
It will offer shares at C$14 per common share, with the target to raise approximately C$400 million. The offer will close on April 7th.
The Toronto Stock Exchange has conditionally approved the listing of the Common Shares, subject to the fulfilment by MDA of all of the initial listing requirements and conditions of the TSX. The Common Shares are expected to begin trading on the TSX upon closing of the Offering under the symbol “MDA”.
A consortium of banks are handling the offer including Morgan Stanley, BMO Capital and with Barclays, RBX Dominion, Cannacord, CIBC, National Bank and Stifel as underwriters to the offer.
