Ofcom: TalkTalk, BT TV most complaints in Q1

TalkTalk is the most complained-about broadband provider, and BT tops the table for pay-TV complaints, according to Q1 date compiled by media regulator Ofcom.
TalkTalk drew 29 complaints per 100,000 customers for its broadband service between January and March this year, ahead of BT in second on 23 and Plusnet in third on 20.
BT for pay-TV complaints with 16 per 100,000 customers, followed by Virgin Media with nine in second and TalkTalk in third on eight.
Sky received the lowest number of complaints for broadband and pay-TV services. Ofcom said the company had performed “consistently well” for several years compared with the industry average.
