Vodafone Spain surpasses 1.3m TV subs

Over the last three months Vodafone Spain has added 30,000 new TV customers with a year-on-year rise of 245,000 for a total of over 1.3 million, up 23 per cent on the previous year.
Vodafone has highlighted the big growth of the convergent packages. The convergent offer Vodafone One ended March with 2.4 million subs, up 892,000 on the previous year.
The company is already covering 18 million homes through optic fibre with more than 2.3 million fibre subs – a year-on-year gain of 317,000, up 16 per cent.
Despite the rise in the number of subscribers, total income remained flat with a growth of 0.3 per cent from last year’s one of €4.959 billion. Income per services amounted to €4.507 billion, up 0.9 per cent.
