Conviva partners with Adobe for QoE metrics
September 20, 2016
OTT experience management specialist Conviva has announced Adobe as a launch partner for Conviva’s QoE Ecosystem initiative. According to the company, by bringing all metrics together into the same console, publishers will have a clearer visibility and understanding of the customer experience in the client player. By sharing video experience service statistics provisioned for Adobe, a publisher can now address potential challenges within the video viewing experience.
“Adobe is an important long-term partner for us, and many of our publishers are using the Adobe Primetime framework as an integral component of their solution,” said Dr. Hui Zhang, Co-Founder and CEO of Conviva. “We are excited to have Adobe join us in significantly improving our consumer viewing experience metrics, giving them clear visibility, similar to what the publisher customers are able to view.”
