Deutsche Telekom nets NBA rights
November 2, 2015
Deutsche Telekom has acquired National Basketball Association (NBA) broadcasting rights for the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons and air 45 live matches per season.
The NBA games will be broadcast each Sunday via the TV offering Entertain as well as online via the Telekom basketball portal – a new service that also includes highlights as well as summaries of the play-offs. The service is complementary for all Telekom subscribers with a fixed-term contract. For non-customers, the service can be subscribed to for €9.95 per month as part of a year contract or for one month for €14.95.
