The fast-growing StarTimes pay-TV operator in Africa has created three local millionaires in its Nigerian service. It also used the ‘3rd Anniversary Splash’ promotion to announce six new channels to its service.
StarTimes Nigeria awarded one prize to a customer who had only bought a receiver the day before the contest. The prize draw saw 16 extra winners, one from each Nigerian state, who won N100,000 each.
The new stations on the platform include; GET TV, OH Africa, NBA TV, Setanta Action, Fine Living and Jim Jam.
