Avail-TVN, AdGorilla bring TVC+ Latino to US homes
May 8, 2012
Avail-TVN, the digital media services company, has formed a partnership with AdGorilla to bring TVC+ Latino – a new linear channel offering Spanish-language programming from the most-watched networks in Mexico – to US audiences. AdGorilla represents TVC+ Latino, handling sales, licensing and advertising for the new channel, and has tapped Avail-TVN to deliver this exciting new network to Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (MVPDs).
“Spanish language programming continues to represent one of the fastest-growing entertainment segments,” said Jim Riley, chief revenue officer, Avail-TVN. “By partnering with AdGorilla to offer TVC+ Latino to our affiliates, we’re helping to bring one of the most exciting new entrants in this market to living rooms around the country.”
Avail-TVN will support AdGorilla’s sales efforts and provide satellite delivery of TVC+ Latino’s signal to service providers across the US. Launched in December 2011, TVC+ Latino’s slate of programming includes sports, news, music, movies and a unique block of original programming that is specifically tailored to Latino women.
